Dear Partners, Colleagues and Friends,
First of all, I would like to wish all of you a Happy New Year!
“As I’m sure you’ve noticed, we don’t too often post anything on social media – which is something that’s soon about to change! There have been quite a few important developments recently, which I would like to share with you” This is from my post from the beginning of last year, and as it turns out, not much has changed in 2019. As for the ending: “Next to these our PR and marketing activities have been somewhat pushed to the background. Again, something we’re hoping to change this year, with a lot more posts about the company and our products.” Well, what can I say? Sometimes you just have to let go of your goals for a while. Until this year, that is!:)
Nevertheless, I don’t want to make any false promises. We are of course not giving up, but I also don’t want to face having to tell you all the same thing over again in 2021. Hope you understand😊. In our defense, we are working day and night. 2019 was not among our best in terms of numbers; however, we also didn’t go under. In fact, we managed to expand with talented new colleagues and valuable new clients aboard. Furthermore, we successfully laid the foundations for an outstanding 2020. How?
- In January 2020, our contracted order backlog exceeded our 2019 annual sales revenue.
- In the past one and a half years we have made bids for e-learning projects worth around USD 3m in total, 40% of which we managed to land.
- At the end of the year we finished the development of a new and exciting e-learning authoring tool.
- We are coming out with two VR-based e-learning solutions this year. Demos will be available from January. We will keep you posted about these, and everything else as well.
